Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

Yeah i plan on making an Orc next after im done playing as scum. Just gonna focus on being a fucking Terminator, not going to use any magic or enchanting at all which is weird since Orc do get that bonus for enchanting. Their race ability must own though, Histskin is probably the best so far.
I reached lvl 80 with my Breton and i probably only used Dragonskin a handful of times.

Lvl 32 and you havent even been to Winterhold i'm gonna need to get a house soon. I'm being weighed down by carrots, potatoes and sacks of flour.

Histskin is probably the best so far huh. ARGONIAN SUPERIORITY!

I think my not being in Morthal or Windhelm is funnier seeing as i've been literally like 100 feet from both of them seeing as i'm past THOJW & Blade in the Dark.

As soon as I get 5 grand gold I always buy a house. It's the one you get in Falkreath but I make sure I do that as early as possible.

Yeah i love their Hooded gear, almost as badass as Nightingale armor. You can always focus on Alteration and use oakflesh, Ironflesh and Ebonyflesh to add to your armor rating.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

I wonder how effective it is to wear clothes and simply use Flesh spells with the Mage's Armor perks.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

That's interesting McQueen. I'm going to fiddle around with that. Also I wonder if you can put fortify light armor on robes.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

Well mages armor perk from what I understand only works if you aren't wearing any armor at all. No "armored" boots, gloves or headgear at all.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

Ahhh okay. So if I enchanted the gear then I couldn't use those spells to help. Makes sense.
