Go northeast of Winterhold. You'll find Septimus Signus' Outpost. Get the quest from him.

I got some swank Hide Armor from Hircine for killing and skinning some Werewolf fool I originally intended to save in the first place. LAWLS.
also did the first half of the Dog/Clavicus Vile quest.

I'm pretty much tanking everything except for Dragon Priests. A giant does barely 1/8 of my health before I can kill it.
McQueen, the uncursed ring is better.
