He's a Khaijit thief, I seem to recall a M'iaq the Liar in oblivion too. I don't know what he deal is exactly.

It is. It's even funnier when you see it than when it's being described. He even had the basket stuck on his legs when he sat down. I save all the time since this is the type of game where you need to save every time something happens so if you fuck up the next encounter, you can just re-do it, so I just re-did the scene after and it was fine then.

Was he the guy with the rumors about stuff being in the game? Like children? I remember him

I just recall seeing him around Anvil a few times. I think he was th guy who could run super fast.

Just found another Dragon flying around the wilderness randomly and killed it with some Companions who just so happened to be in the area. Good times.
