Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

I'm basically making a Breton Paladin/Tank character. Putting stuff into Block & Alteration and shit. Just not sure if I want to put points into what armor style or not or try and take advantage of robes & the mage armor perk.

McQueen, armor cap is 600something and you can reach it even with light armor so i suggest you not to pair your alteration with the heavy variant. Plus, heavy armor perks are mostly shit if you're nothing looking to take advantage of your fisty cuffs.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

Cant wait to to start my new Breton character. Plan on being a Vampire Lord so I'll be killing Dawnguard I assume. Heard you get to have a coffin down in the Cellar of your house and thats theres even an interesting quest if your married.

Im really gonna need to be more organized when I do start this though. I sometimes have no idea where I put my shit among my houses. I remember looking for an hour for my walking on water boots. And now I dont know where I have the Oghma Infinum cuz I wanna lvl up to 78 and face a Legendary Dragon. Dragon fights are so simple now since I have the option to tame them and ride em. Havent killed one in a while.

It's rubbish, it was probably just a pointless gimmick they added last minute to make it seel a bit more, probably worked. The rest of the DLC is great though so I don't really mind.

Cant wait till dragonborn is out on PC . Everyone who played it seems to like it . I just finished the dawnguard quest few days ago and wasnt impressed like at all , maybe because i was siding with the dawnguard , will try vampire side on my next character.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

Dragon Mount seems stupid to me. I don't want to ride through the air in a open world game like this. Kinda defeats the point, half the reason I like open world games are to explore them.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread

Yeah, I see it more as a more stylish version of fast travel. I probably wouldn't use it more than a couple times just to see the visuals.
