im sure they are valued over 3000 after you put some perks into alchemy to make ur potions stronger. i doubt i can make a potion now and it will sell for more than 200.

regardless, even if it is 200 any "high value" potion will quickly increase your skills, and as your level rises so does potency and value, which in turn makes the percentage increase, and when you get them up there those regen healths are great to carry to use for vendors, especially after the sell anything to any vendors perks

Good Power Up potions that I make are Giants Toe - Wheat - Creep Cluster

Other good three ingredient power potions are Deathbell - River Betty - Scaly Pholiota = Poison/Slow potion which is great to sell or use in combat. I love that potion.

Dragons Tongue - Fly Amonita - Mora Tapinella

Another great combat potion is Impstool - Swamp Fungal Pod - Slaughterfish scales = Paralysis and Poison potion.

A good Mage buster potion is Blue Butterfly wing - Small Antler - Chicken Egg = that drains magicka

Also try Blue Mountain Flower - Lavender - Nightshade

CMWit, I love the sell anything to any vendor perk. I didn't bother with that tree my first playthrough but now I love it. I also like the opposite sex 10 percent discount.

I am still on my first playthrough, a lil over 350 hours, now that I know some 'shortcuts" I cannot wait for my 2nd playthrough

im in Dorchester. and im ready for the game but im not really a Celtics fan. im a die hard Pats fan since Bledsoe, Curtis Martin and Ben Coates days. Sox and Bruins fan though.

some of the ingredients are easy to find. Like LC says creep cluster but where do i find those. The potion of slow are fairly easy for me to make since i need Deathbell and something else. Deathbells are super easy for me to find. I know LC can play for hours just finding ingredients so she prob knows where to find every specific one.

And sell anything to any Vendor is great always get that perk. but you cant sell stolen good and im a master thief so most of my expensive things i wanna sell are stolen. So usually have to travel to one of my fences and they rarely have enough money for what i sell.

your still on your first playthrough with over 350 hours wow thats amazing. try to switch it up each one. i focused on destruction magic and one hand in my first and was a werwolf. in my 2nd it was all illusion, alteration and restoration and archer and super sneaky vampire and my current one im Ned Stark. heavy armor 2 hand badass conjurer.

Ladycroft, is there really anything of value that you can buy or need gold for that justifies the speechcraft tree? Like you, I never used it on my first playthrough but I am interested to hear if that tree is a hidden gem.

Yeah I buy alot of things and I also sell alot of things so that tree really helps me out alot. Remember you get better prices when you sell things as well with those perks.

I have so much stuff that I like to sell *mostly made potions* that I usually end up buying all of a vendors ingredients just so they can afford all of my potions. It's a win/win!

You can find Creep Cluster by the ton just south of Steamcrage Camp *my favorite spot because there are giants and mammoths to kill... it's southeast of Kynesgrove which is south of Windhelm and also checkout Cronvangr Cave... just keep going to those two places and you'll never be short of Creep Cluster There's also a bunch in Kynsgrove and around the Atronach Stone.

does anyone cook food too lol. when i was playing last i just kept buying ingredients and salt pile just to cook food and make potions. The food doesnt help a ton though, some food helps like gives you 1 health and stamina ever second for 720 seconds but i wish they had some kind of perks to lvl up your food and be a master Gourmand

And im Ned Stark so who should i marry. I wanna create a bastard son.
