I've seen a headless horseman ghost lol. If you follow him long enough he's supposed to lead you to a treasure. I haven't been able to do it yet though.

ive seen the headless horseman too. there was this other time i was at this ruin place and a ghost just popped out of a casket and was running, i ran up behind it and slit its throat killing the ghost i guess. didnt know why it would just run away well after checking wiki i guess it was running to a treasure bandits were messing with.

I've also come across the occasional thief that tries to rob me. I explain that I'm part of the thieves guild and they let up... then I kill them.

Yes, please. Some vendor told me that blisterwort and wheat make a potion so I bought a lot of them and made potions but my alchemy only went up a tiny bit, it was barely noticeable.

My favorite alchemy power-up potion is Giants Toe + Wheat + Creep Cluster. Depending on your current level it should take two - four potions to go up each level.

You can also go with Death Bell + River Betty + Scaly Pholeota

Some others are

Death Bell + Red Mountain Flower + River Betty *Potion of Slow* (all three of those should be plentiful if you look for them)

Death bell + Red Mountain Flower + Salt Pile

Dragons Tongue + Fly Amanita + Mora Tapinella

Bee + Fly Amanita + Troll Fat

Dragons Tongue + Fly Amanita + Troll Fat


All of those should up your alchemy levels quickly and also give you some money making potions to sell.

A good tip on selling potions is travel from Markarth to Riften and back. The business will have regenerated their stock of money by the time you get back.





Those potions also sell for alot of money so you can sell them and buy more ingredients.

I always wanted to get into potions but just never took the time. There was a moment where i was alright at it though but i would just mix and match lol like create potions that have a negative and positive effect. I would have something that helps me with health but poison me or take away magic from me. The most expensive potions i can make now are potions of Slow and Invisibility. Which is weird cuz the strongest one i can make lasts 29 sec but sells for alot.

Found myself playing Skyrim again for the first time in over 2 months, I forgot how much fun it could be using a bow and arrow in the shadows lining up perfect headshots...then thar troll killed me...bastard.

only things that give me issues now are Ancient Dragons and Draugr Deathlords. Frost Trolls are are like rats to me now. can kill them easily. Hell since im a master of illusion magic i can just walk by them if i wanna or make them run away from me.

Here's a little tip that might help someone out. If you have enchanting gear like the Krosis mask you can actually equip that mask AND equip a Falmer helmet. The good thing about this is if you get a Falmer helmet you can enchant it with fortify enchanting and wear both it and the Krosis mask while making potions. Add that to a fortify alchemy necklace, ring and bracers/gloves and you can make some kick ass potions. That little trick only works with a Falmer helmet though.
