Yeah that's the pre-sale price. lol But I have a Hagglers necklace that gives me 25 percent better prices, the thief guilds hood that gives me 15 percent and Cierco *sp?* clothes that give me 20 percent as well so I almost get full price for my loot. And that's not to mention any haggling potion I could use but what's the point when they can't afford to buy my equipment in the first place? haha

When I play again later I'll get a shoppers price for you, pre-haggling outfit and post haggling outfit.

you can always invest if you Speech is real high but that only adds 500 to any merchant. and i forgot LC was an enchanting monster lol and that there was haggling enchantments. i'll probably play after the Lakers game and continue traveling.

Okay here are the stats. I'll use my KATNISS bow which is a Daedric bow that I've completely upgraded plus extra upgrades and I have it enchanted to do 33 points of fire damage. It has a list price of 10,629 gold.

Without any haggling gear on I am offered - 4,330 gold

With my haggling gear on I am offered - 6,711 gold

My haggling gear consists of

Thieves Guild Hood - Prices are 15 percent better. *it starts off as 10 percent but you can improve it by doing a certain mission for the Guild*

Necklace of Eminent Haggling - Prices are 20 percent better. ( I either found this or bought it at a shop)

Cicero's Clothes - Prices are 20 percent better ... you also get 20 percent more damage with one-handed attacks but I never use it for battle. (I got this during one of the major Brotherhood quests)


Right now I'm working on the Thieves Guild side missions. If you complete four in a city then you can open up a fence in that city... *not all cities have them* and the more cities you do this in the more each merchant in that city can have. It goes up to 4000 gold. So yeah I'm trying that so I can at least sell my bows for 4000 gold.

wow so no point in ever trying to sell them. Only ppl that would have enough are trainers. Because if your paying to be trained in something and they sell things the money you spent gets added to their total.

Ive done the Thieves Guild quests in both playthroughs and brought the Guild back to the top. Guild is cool but i feel like a leader when it comes to the Dark Brotherhood. Havent done anything with the companions with my current character since im focusing on being a vampire.

Just put in Skyrim and will play for a little.

Yeah The Companians thing doesn't do a lot for me. I went through alot of it just to rid myself of being a werewolf.

Finally got that Black Star...thanks y'all. Now I can get rid of the 50 or so soul gems I always carry around haha

So you went the black route instead of the white one right?

Just stated playing headed towards an undiscovered place and bam 3 frost trolls are there. If this was way earlier in my play through I would have been dead meat but Mass Paralysis spell and just hack them with my 30 fire damage Daedra weapon. If I wanted I could have used pacify and made them all friendly and kill one without the other attacking. I fucking love Alteration and Illusion magic.

Yeah black souls are just more convenient. Sure I can go out and find a Mammoth anytime I want but it's easier just to kill a human.

Finally finished all four cities of influence for the thieves guild and now the fences have 4000 gold each.

Might start playing the game again, only clocked up about 5 hours on it because of not having enough time for a game so complex, I always stick to the easy games like fifa .

Yeah its so much easier killing a human. when i got the white star instead of black it was the most useless thing.

Loving the new kill cams. Just killed a Frost Troll with my bow from atop a cliff.
