even with 100 in enchanting, you can't really give anything as good as enchanting as just finding it randomly (it's not like Oblivion). I would just recommend doing theives guild or Dark Brotherhood quests. But since you have the nightengale armor, you might be too far in to hte quests to get good 'weapons' (more good armor to come though). So the Werewolves quest (can't remember their names). You get a really good bow in the last quest.
Also, make sure you know what you want, a quick kill or a bunch of damage to multiple enemies. I would recommend fire damage to multiple enemeies, as it burns for a while. If your strong enough you could do damage without sustaining to much yourself. Sneaking is almost useless in the long run; as everyone gets alerted easily (especially with companions). So electric or ice is kind of dumb. and black smith 100 is useless because the armor (dragon and deadric isn't so great for an archer) sucks.
just me .54 cents.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread
im basically immune to Frost. Because at lvl 4 vamp and with selected armor ice magic cant touch me. Love facing a Frost dragon and having it waste its breathe. Enchanting is great, leveled it up in my second playthrough. If anyone gets Azura's star make it the black star instead of white. I made it white my first time and black my second and the different is amazing. almost no need for soul gems.
And crazy story i was fighting a Giant with my companion Lydia. im shooting arrows and such and BAM he hit Lydia and she goes flying out of this world and into the WWE universe. im worried i wont see her again( more importantly the armor and weapons she had) so i kill the Giant and go onto it Mammoth and a second later Lydia comes up and starts shooting arrows at the Mammoth. i was laughing to myself. Has anyone ever been sent flying by a Giant.
And never fight the greybeards for fun once they use ice form i think thats gameover.

I've been knocked in the air by giants but never seen it happen to a companion.

I hope you're not saying what I think you're saying, because if you'rew saying random loot is better than personally enchanted loot in Skyrim, I have bad news for you. Enchanting in Skyrim is actually game-breaking. You can create continuous loops of Fortify Alchemy/Enchant/Smithing to create insanely powerful gear, with base armor rating and damage hitting the thousands, and Fortify Skill enchantments hitting the hundreds. In Oblivion, on the other hand, the best item in the game, the Necklace of Swords, was a random drop.

Enchanting weapons is awesome.
Also I'm currently doing both the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood storylines. I love the black horse I get doing the Dark Brotherhood arc.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread
LC do you plan on becoming a Vampire or Werewolf. ive done both and Vampire is actually kinda fun because it actually changes the way you play alittle. You can be a werewolf and it really doesnt change anything.
I wanna get my enchanting up to 100 but the master enchanter at the Temple of Dibella in Markarth keeps freaking attacking me.

Just a quick question: what exactly does absorbing dragon souls do? I've always wondered.

That's what I was saying. I upped my Enchanting really high and still couldn't make anything better than what I could find. BUT! maybe because I didn't fill in all the Perks with enchanting? I'll have to look at the tree again and see.
I didn't get the double enchantment perk, is that what makes the double loop possible? Explain this to me because I have picked up water breathing and fortify sneak 10% helmet. and of course the Ebony mail I FINALLY got from the deadric quest, best shit ever. But I use the bow a whole lot, and I want to put a really good fire enchantment on it.

Are you serious bro?
You use them to unlock Shouts after you learn the words.

lmao I've put loads of hours into the game, but for some reason not figured this out. I have 9 shouts, but not sure on how to utilize them.
Also need some help on some places to sell stuff. I'm always needing to drop weight and sell things, but only know of the Whiterun and Windhelm shops.
