Also King. Hands down. He was also the very first Tekken character I ever played as. The first time I ever played Tekken, was Tekken 3 in an arcade, and he immediately caught my eye. The mask, the wrestling trunks, etc. A perfect tribute to Tiger Mask and Lucha Libre.
Paul Phoenix. Slower, lots of setup, but the damage is insane when it lands. There is one move that I used to abuse in of them that was like 47 percent of the bar. Good defense until then and land some haymakers with Paul, that is what it is all about.
