I'm currently playing this again as I didnt finish it the first time.
I'm a Theif so I got the master key, and I started with black firebombs to kill the Asylum demon and get the hammer. What stats are best to concentrate on when levelling up for the easiest (I use that term loosely) path through the game?
I think the easiest path, meaning the play style that takes the least skill is a tank. Strength and stamina being the key perks to improve the fastest. That way you can use the big weapons that do massive damage and you can wear the heavy armor and shields.
I hate that play style myself but that would probably be the easiest way to play.
I FINALLY BEAT ORSTIEN AND SMOUGH! You feel like a fucking God after killing both all on your lonesome. I'm at Duke's Archives now and I've faced Crystal Dragon about 4 or 5 times now, so I'm trying to kill him. I won't say how long it took me to reach his invincibility crystal and how many times I died trying, it's too sad and too pathetic lol.
Seath is easy as hell to kill. I died dozens of times just trying to get to him though lol. Crystal Cave was terrible. I felt awesome finally beating Orstien and Smough but I had to get help of 2 other ppl and it was easy.
I played with the ring of Favor and Protection the whole way through so that helped my tank character alot. I could have probably been stronger but I was a mixture of tank and ranged since I used alot of the lightning spears and pyromancy spells.

Vic, after you bust his crystal just hug his right leg and slash away on it. He can't do much to you there. Just heal when necessary and continue to hack at that right leg... keep following it around. You'll get him in no time. Use Power Within for an extra damage boost.

Ive just ordered this from play for the limited edition for 20 quid
Gonna have to do alot of research and look for help. If I didnt get help I'd probably be stuck in Anor Londo wondering where do I go.
Its a really fun game, youll only rage if you get invaded or were silly enough to walk around with tons of souls and died.

I have quit playing after I've died. But that's more of me simply not wanting to re-kill enemies I've just killed. At times the game is just more annoying than it is hard or frustrating.
I think just playing Demon's Souls helped a lot, however. lol.
