I think I'll go for light. I tried some heavy armor and I didn't like feeling like I weighed 1000 pounds.
Does armor make a big difference in this game? In Demon's Souls the difference between light and heavy armor was minimal, at least in my experience. The ability to roll was the main reason I went with light armor in that game. Actually it was more like a mix. I had some heavy armor and light armor on. It was the right combination to allow me to roll properly.
Yeah the only real difference between light and heavy is the rolling ability and having poise or no poise. You've rung the 1st bell? Are you watching walkthroughs or playing it on your own. If its on your own I'm assuming you can't use the bonfire at Firelink Shrine.
I'm playing it on my own unless I need help. Yea I can use the bonfire in Firelink Shrine, why? In fact, that's the one I have been using to get to the Capra Demon quicker.
Oh and no I haven't rung the first bell yet. Planning on doing that next time I play.
Nothing, just asking :cliff1
Spoiler for if you really wanna know:
Spoiler for are you sure?:
Spoiler for ok here it is:
In the Undead Church you run into Lautrec, youll free him if you picked up the key before. After the 1st bell is rung he'll kill the Fire Keeper at Firelink thus making it unusable. Only way to get it back up would be to avenge Anastasia much later in the game. I think even if you don't free him he'll still kill her.
Last night i was fighting Seath and i decided to go for his tail for the first time. I died twice then gave up, i watched videos and it seemed pretty easy but i just didn't have the patience. I suck at getting tails off bosses. Even with the free hit Priscilla gives you i wasn't able to get her special weapon.
