Retro Gaming Discussion
Anyone playing any retro or classic titles? Ive been playing through some Final Fantasys on the playstation 1. I just finished Final Fantasy 7, and am working my way through Final Fantasy 8, at the moment.
I have such a greater appreciation for these games now that Im a little older. I was still in elementary school when I first played these games, and I didnt fully comprehend the intricacies of the plots of these fine games with political discourse and what-not.
Anyone else have a retro-craving lately? Any suggestions for PS1 or PS2 games?

Re: Retro Gaming Discussion
This is awesome, I find myself playing the Sonic and Streets Of Rage titles the most but managed to platinum it recently.

Re: Retro Gaming Discussion
I recently finished FF7 and ive nearly finished ff 9. I have to say they are two of the best games ive ever played, i actualy prefer 9 to 7 unlike most though haha.
I recently bought 6 retro games, Rayman, Rayman 2, Smackdown, Smackdown 2, Wrestlemania 2000, Super mario 64.
They are all good, but super mario 64 has to be the greatest game ever made. theres nothing like it.

Re: Retro Gaming Discussion
What's funny is that the General Gaming Discussion topic was originally conceived as a Classic Gaming topic, then I and a few others proposed that it turn into a General Gaming Discussion. Here we are, back full circle.

I actually have Final Fantasy 9 as my favorite Final Fantasy. I really enjoyed the dynamics of the character, and the narrative as well. However, it seems to be underrated in the series. Perhaps it was the style.

Sorry, wasn\'t aware. But to be fair, you could really just regulate everything into the general discussion.
