Re: General Gaming Discussion
A game on Hard Mode where you can only save 3 times doesn't sound like fun to me.

Yeah, I got that shit free from PS+. It's a fun game for what it is. I've turned on the 1st generator, but that's all. It's something I'll play for like half an hour, but usually not more. I haven't found the platforming to be difficult at all, and the puzzles are relatively easy, imo.

Yeh, I usually cancel my renewal as soon as I buy it so I get bombarded with deals to renew it at the end of the year.
I've only paid £26 for a years gold for the last few years.

Pretty much what I do. It's annoying that they always stick it back to recurring, but I'm not paying £40 for it every year!

Re: General Gaming Discussion
Blockbuster closed here like a year ago, which fucking sucks because it was 5 mins away from me and it's where I rented all my games. In a city of 60,000+ we now have no place to rent any dvd/blu rays and games. What the fuck? We had 3 Blockbusters, they all closed at the same time and then we had a locally owned place shut down not long after. Fucking sucks having no place to rent games, I used to do it all the time. Saved some boredom when I was sitting there and could be like "I want to go randomly play something I've never played before" and then go and do it for a cheap price. Oh well, such is the evolution of the medium.

Re: General Gaming Discussion
Renting games was never something I did tbh. Only time I can honestly remember renting a game is Crash Bandicoot 3 (came with a free KitKat Chunky too. Probably why I remember it ). Never even rented films that much either.
I did join an online DVD rental place a few years ago when I had a job, and I'd get discs through the post, copy them and send em straight back lol.

I don't even know what the fuck those are, so I'm assuming no. I always rent games, aside from a few. I'm a cheap fuck so if I can spend $10 and have something for a week and no doubt finish it, I'll do that instead of paying $60+ for it and then have it sit on my shelf. Very few games I play over again.
