Check the map, find where it shows the tapir picture and hang around that area. Hunters instinct works well as I found them on top of a hill after running from a tiger.

So, why all the love for Dishonored? I don't get it. I'm taking a break from the sex that is Farcry 3 and I've put a few hours into it and I just don't get why this got so much hype and praise. It's painfully average.

I think it was the gameworld that made it cool. Steampunk I think they called it? Plus, the teleporting went over really well; and by the end of the game with enough power ups you are pretty beast and it's full on fun. other than that, it was average like you said.
I don't understand where all the love for FarCry 3 is (other than this site). Best FPS in a few years IMO.

Single player was great, the co-op sucked and I still haven't played the multiplayer.

Me neither. I only played the first 2 missions (well, 3 if the very first mission that is more of a tutorial counts), the game is extremely overrated. Ugly graphics, awkward AI, boring gameplay, generic looking environments and a mediocre story at best, I don't get what's the big fuss about either.
And Lady Croft, I'd go with Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It's one my favorite games from 2011, it has good replay value and it has a good ammount of content. Levels are pretty sandbox-y so you can do a lot of exploring and various side quests. Crysis 2 is a good game as well, but it's fairly linear and even though technically is miles ahead of DE: HR, it gets kinda repetitive after a while, very few enemy types and repeated boss fights make it more of a chore to play after the first 3-4 hours. If you want to play a game where your choices influence the story, has a good ammount of variety and replay value, go with Deus Ex, if you want to play an FPS were you just blow stuff up in fashion all the time, go with Crysis 2.

Sephiroth hyped the shit out of it, so maybe that's why.

damn, this is a perfect way to describe Crysis 2. I would have probably added in a little more hate since I dished out $60 and finished it within a few hours, but everything else is accurate.

I prefer Borderlands 2 still.
Getting a little bored with FarCry now but i've played it a shitload in the last week. Its less fun when you start clearing out the map.

Re: General Gaming Discussion
Crysis 2 looks really pretty, that's about all it has going for it. Deus Ex was fucking awesome.
