I actually tried Dead Rising 2 Off the Record, but didn't play it much. I tried to like this game, but it just wasn't for me, mission were repetitive and the people you encountered overpowered the fuck out of you. There is a sandbox mode, where you can roam around the mall and slash zombies as you like and there are various challenges spread out that require you to kill a number of zombies before being able to activate them. Mindless fun, could've used more polish, though.
I've seen you guys talking about the Ico/Shadow collection. Some of you may have seen that I've been thinking about buying a PS3 in the near future and the Ico & Shadow of the Colossus HD is one of the games I'm thinking about buying. I checked out reviews, gameplays and walkthroughs for both games, and while Shadow looks insanely epic and awesome, Ico seems really meh. The combat (if you can call it that) looks atrocious and the gameplay itself seems really boring, running around with that girl and solving basic puzzles. Now I know that these games are more like experiences, they're more about the atmosphere and the connection between the characters and the player, but I can't really like a game that has bad gameplay. How long are these two games, btw?
