Should I get the GOTY edition or regular? GOTY is 10$ more.
How much does city placement and such matter? Like would it be possible to create a civ that has most cities on borders and mostly use water units?

I'd say its worth the extra 10 honestly, but its totally up to you. You would be able to do that, yeah. (I think, it'd likely be a luck thing however)

Whats a good online multiplayer for 360 that alot of ppl play. I just got xbox live gold cuz they had a great deal but only thing I play on 360 is Skyrim and soon Dishonored. I have Black Ops 2 and Borderlands 2 on PS3.
Plus might get Saints Row the Third since Gamestop has it on sale online. Should I just get the goty edition. I dont know if the dlc was great.
