If you're talking about Fallout 3 then yes. But it came really as no surprise to me because for years Bethesda's RPG stood for Really Profitable Game. It was just Beth being Beth.

If you're talking about Fallout 1&2 then i honestly don't know what to tell you except that there are american beers and frenchman's assholes with better taste then you have. Those games are on the Chrono Trigger/Baldur's Gate II level of quality and easily among the highest echelon of games ever made. Especially F2.

New Vegas was at least partially saved by Obsidian so it didn't suffer from being the same level of garbage as F3.

I really hope they again hire someone competent for F4 or we'll get another XPLOZIoNZ quick cash in.

That's the point of BF. But BF3 got a lot of COD players introduced into the BF series and now it kind of blows.

PC BF3 is miles ahead of any version of COD or BF3 on console, but too many stupid people play on console now.

I enjoyed it a great deal. It was easily on par with GTA IV. I give it a 8.5/10 with my one major gripe being the wonky camera while driving. Story was solid and intense, fighting was much improved over GTA, but a bit more side mission variety might of been nice.

That is my single favorite game of the entire current (7th) generation. I bought it for the 360, and got it again off Steam with all the DLC for like 5 bucks, so like 3.8 euros or 3.1 pounds. The "Fallout 3 vs New Vegas" debates raged on, and I think they are both quality games - IF the bugs are smoothed out. But I had far more issues with New Vegas due to playing it on the PS3 as opposed to the 360 for F3.

That aside, I still preferred Fallout 3 - Washington DC was a better setting than "Vegas" which ended up being a rather lackluster strip. Brotherhood of Steel inclusion in New Vegas was rather weak too, but they did tie some previous Fallout elements (if you played 1 and 2) into their game.

Just buy it Bagwell - fuckin hop on that shit, game rules.

You could definitely say that. You can revive & supply ammo to teammates, and it's very difficult to complete objectives in Rush/Conquest if you're running around on your own. Plus you can spawn on your squad mates (you usually get put randomly in a group of 4 at the start) - so if they're driving a tank or chopper you spawn in there with them.

It doesn't make them a bad company, they are just doing what every corporation is about, shilling material that maximizes the profit. That however gives me about zero reasons to like it, because the said process of diluting, streamlining and dumbing down something to appease a broader audience and rake more money in means absolutely nothing positive for me as a fan of the said franchise.
