As for Sleeping Dogs, SoupMan Prime, it's decent, but it's really nothing special and it's quite short for a sandbox game and the fighting can get really repetitive. If you're talking about Fallout 3 then yes. But it came really as no surprise to me because for years Bethesda's RPG stood for Really Profitable Game. It was just Beth being Beth.
If you're talking about Fallout 1&2 then i honestly don't know what to tell you except that there are american beers and frenchman's assholes with better taste then you have. Those games are on the Chrono Trigger/Baldur's Gate II level of quality and easily among the highest echelon of games ever made. Especially F2.
New Vegas was at least partially saved by Obsidian so it didn't suffer from being the same level of garbage as F3.
I really hope they again hire someone competent for F4 or we'll get another XPLOZIoNZ quick cash in.
