Only got about halfway through Crysis 2, it bored me. I traded in COD: WAW and PGR 4 for the Orange Box, I will never ever play TF2 but that's still the best deal I will ever have.

Totally. The joy of Crysis was making the most of the suit powers through exploration and planning. So of course, the sequel nerfs the suit and nixes the exploration. It's still a decent enough shooter, but it's not even half the game Crysis was. Warhead was better than 2, and that was just an expansion.

When PC users complained, everyone just shrugged it off as "You're complaining about 5 less FPS or some other useless shit".

No, we were complaining since the game/the gameplay was adapted to consoles.
Which made it shitty.

To be fair, there was a contingent of PC gamers screaming about the lack of DX11 support. Which was nonsense and embarrassing, since, if nothing else, Crysis 2 was most certainly beautiful (especially with the hi-res texture pack). But yeah, there were definitely a host of genuine gripes to level at the gameplay.

Also, I found it hilarious/disgusting that the game was based around nonchalantly wearing a skin-tight bodysuit ripped straight off the corpse of a man who just died of an exotic disease.

Crysis 2 was good, although for me it got repetitive halfway through. Probably the best looking game, but the very few variety in enemies and repetitive boss fights made it a chore to play all the way to the finish. Warhead and Crysis are better IMO, lot more room to manouver, side objectives thrown in to mix up the gameplay, plus, you felt more like a badass, you had to use your suit more than in 2 to get through. Not to mention, I liked having a sci-fi themed shooter that took place in a sunny, tropical island.
