Might pick it up once it gets back in stock. My backlog is becoming ridiculous, but shit is so cheap I just have the impulse to act.

Dusting off the PS3 for ModNation Racers. Be back later with my general thoughts.

Re: General Gaming Discussion

So I just sorted through my room and the forgotten draw under my bed which normally houses everything you don't want family members to see. Surprisingly, it wasn't full of porn magazines and weed - I found a motherlode of forgotten games that completely forgot I owned.

The gem of which was Shadow Of The Colossus which I apparently picked up a few years ago for 18.

Insert your "fuck yes" face here.

I hope Sony releases a Blu-Ray with ICO and Shadow of the Colossus when Last Guardian is released. They should start releasing more game collections on Blu-Ray. It's an untapped goldmine.

Agreed, under-appreciated yet fantastic games should definitely be given a chance to be experienced in glorious HD.

If you live in the States and haven't bought it yet, Mass Effect 2 is on sale from the 13th-19th at K-Mart for $20. Yes, $20.

But is the big "holy fuck" really surprising? I mean, I haven't played it but is it...

Spoiler for Alan Wake ending:

Something doing with "Awake" or "Alan Wake...up" (not sure what it means). Alan is imagining everything as a way to cope with what he's done. What he's done tho...kill his wife? A little too Silent Hill-ish. If not, then please just say "lol, no dude" and I'll play it in a few months.
lol, no dude

Is Toy Story 3 really that good? I can't remember the last time i was excited about a movie game(which ironically enough was the second Toy Story game, but i was a kid then),but the toy box mode has my attention.

Yeah, it's an awesome platformer. Game looks gorgeous and the voice overs are there.

Definitely gives Ghostbusters a run for it's money.
