I really wanted to pick up Anno 1404 as £35 for 2070 seems a bit steep however, it's not on Steam or the Game.co.uks download section

Another quick question while I'm at it is would I be able to link a game through Steam if I bought it somewhere else? Quite like to have the achievements / stat tracks.
This is the list of games you can register on Steam.

As for that game, I couldn't find it anywhere other than maybe on Amazon.

Re: General Gaming Discussion

I hated AC 1 but I did enjoy Brotherhood

I just wish that the Sci-fi and magic shit would go away

The historical stuff is great but every game ends with you shooting laser at a wizard and a stupid twist which never fails to completely turn me off and make very reluctant to play the next one (I waited until brotherhood was $20 to play it)

Not at all. The opening scenes are absolutely beautiful. There were points I had to give a double take because I thought it was live action. Then I get into the game and wow. The graphics look like KOTOR and WoW had a baby. It looks alright, but I was really hoping it would look more like KOTOR. Then I start playing it and I feel slightly disappointed. I'm disappointed because the Old Republic is everything I thought it would be. It should be a damn good MMO, but I was looking for KOTOR 3 in it, controls and all. Needless to say, MMOs like WoW, Rift, and such are not my favorite genre, but I can get into them. I'm pretty sure I have nearly 500 hours on Guild Wars. But The Old Republic shouldn't disappoint anyone who likes WoW or Dragon Age 2. But it disappoints for me because I wanted something different.

Just wondering if the collectors edition is worth getting more than the normal edition?

Cheapest I could find, though it is the gold edition, so you're getting the Venice expansion too.
