Yes. My 250gig HDD's and a few wireless headsets as well. Other accessories I am going to try and sell are the data transfer cables and the wifi adapters for the older phat X-Box consoles, but I don't think those will be as popular as the headsets and hard drives.

Along with the games and the codes for the 12 month Gold account upgrades and I think I will make a pretty penny. I might try and get as few DLC's for the limited edition avatar etc stuff but those are harder for me to come by.

I'm not doing anything wrong my man. I will cut you a good deal on some games and we will both sleep good at night, I assure you matey.

Well technically, selling used videogames is illegal since the law considers the purchase of a video game as purchasing a license from the publisher. It is therefore illegal to sell that license. This is why there was some fear that used game sales could be banned and stores like Gamestop would be screwed.

But then again, publishers have gone a different route to combat used sales. All PS3 games going forward will have online passes and most games have on-disc locked features that can be unlocked by a one time code.

If they're gonna start charging $10 or whatever to unlock online play in used games, I want the option to buy a new game for cheaps WITHOUT online play. Like, I don't give a hot shit about multiplayer Uncharted - $15 off the RRP. It's only fair.
