K, thnx. I'm trying to sell all this junk because 1) I NEVER play my Wii anymore and 2) I'd like some dough for when WWE '12 comes out.

I sold my Wii as well. I never played it and when I picked it up to put it in the box to go sell it I legitimately had to wipe dust off of it. I'm not a fan of the Wii at all. It was a gimmick that failed.

I never played because I genuinely could not find a single game that made me interested. I think Nintendo believes that the majority of their userbase are colourful, polo-shirt wearing, lockjaw smiling white americans who have fun playing trampoline simulators with their dying elders.

Not even close, actually. Piracy on the PC is about as large as the amount of people actually buying games; on consoles its <10 %.

Wii had one of the best game catalogs ever

Not to me, they don't. Not even close. I picked up the Wii for Zelda and once I got through with that I played it very little. It was a waste of my money and honestly, I just wanted to play Zelda that bad. Nothing ever comes out for the Wii that really interests me, I don't feel bad about selling it at all.

Any numbers on that? It's a pretty hard thing to prove, I understand, but that sounds like publisher scare-speak.

I know what you mean. The only reason I ever considered getting a Wii was for all the silly little party games that make for a great time with a few drunk friends, but not enough to make me purchase one.

And the majority of the games aren't meant to be played continuously for extensive periods of time. Zelda and Mario were of course the usual exceptions, but every other game that was also available on another system were always better on the other system. They were straight up ports on Wii. Unfortunately, those are the games I play the most.

Wii's catalogue is fucking terrible. All the good games are made by Nintendo, most of the games are 3rd party trash, those bargain bin piece of shit games.

I would never buy a Wii game without some research, the amount of shit on the console is legitimately scary.

People are scared to pirate on their console, and its pretty complicated for the average guy. PC is a whole another story.
