I'm going to have to pick up MM off the Wii Store because the last time I played it must have been 7-8 years ago now. Is it me or do the Wii controls take away from the overall feel and playability of TP? Wow it looks like I am swinging a sword; I'd much prefer a controller, thanks. I don't want to be playing a Zelda game where my arms start to hurt from the absurd swinging halfway through a temple- that really put me off playing TP.

Methinks I am going to complete WW again {up to Wind Temple atm} then I am going to complete TP, Ocarina of Time comes next and then MM. Then I'll be on to the MGS series and complete 1,3 and 4 again. MGS 2 may have to be the only game I have played non stop for more than 12 hours- I loved it.

On to another point I kind of hate Call of Duty because, for me, it's killed gaming. I saw some kid going to buy Bioshock in my local GAME and Bioshock is a damn good game so I was thinking that was a good purchase but then he went to his mum 'there's no multiplayer' and put it down. That's why I love games like Legend of Zelda because you are alone on a quest without the needless distraction of multiplayer. I hope to God they don't make Zelda co-op/RPG like they were considering a few years ago if you believe some rumours.

I have Zelda TP for Gamecube. I purchased the last one they had at my local Gamestop, because Nintendo was not going to ship anymore new to the store. Only Wii versions. Thank goodness for that. I don't even have a Wii, so buying it on the Gamecube was going to be the only way I was going to play it - the good 'ol fashioned way.

You know, I'd LOVE to see a Zelda RPG. I know many would hate it, but I feel the current format has either gotten stale or Zelda needs a gaiden game to give it a breather. The Mario series has given birth to some awesome RPGs (The Mario and Luigi series, the Paper Mario series, and Legend of the Seven Stars) and I think an RPG would accomodate Zelda better than people think. As for Co-op, I don't care for a co-op Zelda, however, Four Swords Adventures was fun while it lasted with another player beside you. As for Bioshock and COD? Bioshock > COD, even though I don't really see all the hype in Bioshock either. Bioshock 2 is incorporating MP, which will probably compromise the single player portion of the game. MP always does, except if it's tacked-on, then it's the MP being shortchanged. When it's the main focus, however, the single player suffers.

I swear Twilight Princess on Gamecube is so rare in the UK it's unbelievable. We're talking £35 ($55) USED which is unbelievable in itself. I am going to try and get Twilight Princess on Gamecube for £10 but if not I'll stick to the Wii version but the Gamecube version would be so much easier to control and make for a more fun game because I remember a section in TP where I kept being killed by creatures on horseback and it was because the controls were so flimsy and that really frustrated me.

Zelda TP on the Gamecube is really the best way to play the game. Not only are the controls better, but Link is left handed, and the Wii version is a mirrored version of the Gamecube version, where Link is now right-handed because of the control. The graphics may be slightly cleaner, but other than that, Zelda TP on the Gamecube is the definitive way to play the game.

I have to agree, I refuse to swing that damn nunchuck around all day while playing Twilight Princess. Not to mention Link wielding his sword with his right hand is just a damn shame.

I own both, but I don't think I have cracked the case on TP for the Wii since I completed it.

And TP on the Wii not being compatible with a GC controller? That is absolutely ridiculous.

Softmod your Wii and set it up to play Gamecube games, then download and put TP on disc and play it through the Gamecube that way .

I'm actually playing Majora's Mask right now. I bought it two years ago along with an expansion pack and then put it away until now. Thankfully my N64 and the game still function. I'm still around the beginning (Snowhead area) but I'm impressed with the variety of environments and things to do over OOT.

I want to get Donkey Kong 64, Super Mario 64, and Perfect Dark to get some more life out of my system.

As far as Call of Duty, they're good games but the hype makes it seem like god even though there are flaws. People forget that the series saved us from some of the later Medal of Honor games and all the other cheap war games. Screw that kid though, he probably doesn't know any better.

I'm like you as I grew up at a time when "multiplayer" was two people at the most unless you wanted to pay for an extra controller port device. I judge a game primarily on single player and see multiplayer as a bonus.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Zelda RPG either. It worked for Mario so I think it would work for Zelda.

FINALLY completed Goldeneye today. figured that was worth mentioning. I had never finished the story mode until earlier, just didn't get round to it.

I want to dust off my n64 and play Goldeneye. I'm too lazy to go downstairs and find all the hookups though.
