Thank you for the consideration... Being a child of the 80's I really like these older games. I'm also a bit upset I didnt see this thread sooner. I can't wait to see what is thrown at us next. I still remember what it felt like to beat Karnov on my NES for the first time. That game had some great boss battles. Just a random thought, as I seem to have lots of those...

I just stumbled upon this thread and decided to post. Super Mario is the most godly series of retro games. I would prefer a NES over my 360 anyday, except not actually because 360s are the bomb.

But ya, who LOVED Sonic the Hedgehog?

Sonic 2 was my overall fav... If I'm thinking right that was the one with the pinball flippers. I let time run out several times paying it. I enjoyed Sonic Spinball too. It really makes you realize that pinball isn't just about keeping the ball in play, but you have targets and goals too. I tried a Sonic that came out for the Wii. That one was decent at best. I still prefer 2D Sonic to 3D Sonic.

Sonic 2 is probably the best one before sega went all crazy and decided to rip people off with the whole Sonic and Knuckles double cartridge facade.

I only owned a few Genesis games. Sonic 1&2, Pebble Beach Golf Links, NBA Jam, and Eternal Champions. Pebble Beach was a great golf game. Still on of my favs to this day. As BAD as Champions was, I liked the fighters. It was a total MK rip off, and a cheap one too.

I wonder what our next game will be?? I've been trying to find a good rom & emu for Earthbound. That was a pretty cool game in its day. After playing a few older games that one popped in my head. The search continues...

Hacktually, Kirby is pretty soon, but not this week.

We have a coin op classic this time. Its also a damn hard game so look for cheats

Nice... Can't Wait!! Hmmmm, Cheats... I don't remember too many arcade cheats. This sounds like a winner to me.
