Re: General Gaming Discussion

I was moreso making a comment that GoW isn't anything special to me aside from boss fights. Its like every other Devil May Cry type game albeit more polished.

For example, we have The Simpsons Game on PS3 and loved it, so we're going to pick that up for 360 so that we can play it again (plus do graphics/gameplay comparisons, etc).

I've been looking around, but I'm not really sure of what would be good. Any suggestions?

These are the games I have. As you can see, none of them really fit the description of what we're looking for:

Alan Wake
Call of Duty: War Collection
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare GOTY
Call of Duty: Black Ops
Fallout: New Vegas
Fight Night Round 4
Forza Motorsport 3
Gears of War: The Complete Collection
Gears of War 2 GOTY
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II
Winter Sports 2: The Next Challenge
Beautiful Katamari is a good addictive game you might want to try. There's a demo avaliable to download.

Yes. We're looking for XBOX 360 games, though. We have plenty on the other 2 consoles.

Re: General Gaming Discussion

The Borderlands intro is great for sure. It ALMOST makes me want to play an FPS game. I'd be all over this game if it wasn't FPS.

Re: General Gaming Discussion

Too good for them MrMister or do you prefer to play the real life Texan Mexican Immigrant FPS?

Re: General Gaming Discussion

I'm like Don Johnson in Machete.

I got burned out on them a long time ago. I also feel imprisoned while playing them. No peripheral vision, movement is odd, I just generally can't stand the controls and I value controls in a video game pretty high.

So yeah, I'm too good for them. I'm a total FPS snob.
