1. Don't understand why Nintendo not having an E3 conference signifies a video game crash but yeh it is a flop. 3DS has actually done pretty well.
2. Yeh the Vita isn't that popular. Don't know why this is significant though. Nintendo have always had the best handhelds and the PSP wasn't very good either.
3. Launch titles often aren't good or memorable. Firstly because at launch it is the console that is the selling point and not the games. Also big pubs and devs know they won't sell that many when not many people have the consoles yet. Don't expect the xbox launch titles to be much better.
4. I don't really understand where you are getting this from.
