Okay, got two seasons to post about today. My Man Utd one that i have already said about and my West Ham one. First to Man Utd season:
Last time i told use, i had just defeated Galatasaraay in the Champions League by a goal to nill i am sure with a Tevez goal. Think that was the last thing i had told you all. Anyway, after that i drew with Derby with a 0-0 draw and then went on a nine game winning streak before drawing at home to West Ham which left me ten games undefeated and still top of the league by 5 points.
Was playing Second place Arsenal at Old Trafford and they fuckin' defeated me thanks to a last minute Fabregas goal. In the Champions League i have played 3 and won 3 defeating as said, Galatasaraay, Marseille and Sevilla. Bet both Sevilla and Marseille 3-1 away from home which i was very happy about.
Wayne Rooney wasn't really onform at all but has started to by scoring 8 in the last 5 and from that has became my top goalscorer so far with a total of 11 goals. 11 in 18 not too bad. Tevez has 6 in 8 and Ronaldo has 9 in 18. They three as expected being my main goalscorers.
Now onto my West Ham season:
I updated all the transfers meaning they had theire new signings and had also lost some people. I managed to get rid of some myself such as Lee Bowyer and Kieron Dyer. Well tipping a top half finish i got myself 18m to spend which i was happy but also very surprised about. Interest came into Dean Ashton right away and he immediately became unhappy at being at the club. Was thinking of selling him up until the last day but decided to keep him which proved vital for a while.
Anyway, i brought in Steven Appiah on a free contract as he was at no club with the new transfers, got Duda from Sevilla for 3.4m, Coloccini for 9.5m and Joe Ledley for 4.5m. As i played my first two league games it became apparent with injuries that i needed more cover in Centre Mid so i brought in Michael Woods but he turned out not to be enough so i spent 3.5m to bring Kevin Thomson in from Rangers.
Also got Pedrito on a free from Barcelona who is doing quite well as a sub. Okay, the season started and i had played all my friendlies with tacticts to attacking and basically to play nice football. First game against Tottenham and their was spells were it looked like my team were clicking but i still lost 2-1. Then i had Man Utd at home were they scored in under a minute but after that, i dominated the game and knew from there i was going to get better. Really does feel like a realistic seaosn TBH. Got three straight draws away to Man City and Liverpool and at home to Everton, all 0-0s and then i went on a ten game undefeated streak before losing to Chelsea.
I have done this now from the start of the season until January where i have went on little unbeaten runs and then lost and then started up again, sitting on January 5th as 7th in the table but then something bad happened. A bid from Pompey came in for Robert Green off 8.5m and the board accepted, i wasn't to happy but brought in Marcelo Grohe as a replacement but then the man who was unhappy but i decided to keep who had scored 21 goals in i can't remember how many games had a 12.5m bid in for him from Man City and that got accepted. So with Bellamy injured and Ashton away, i don't really know what i am going to do.
