Re: *Official Football Manager Discussion Thread*

I've just lost the Premier League title......to SPURS.

They pulled some Manchester City shit on me. We were tied 83-83 on points going into the final matchday. I lost to Newcastle at St. James Park 2-0 and they beat Palace 2-1 to take the title.

Guess you could say they finally stepped out of our shadow.

I still won the Capital One Cup and will soon beat Stoke in the FA Cup final though.

Oh well.
in the latest update they have said that the number of longshots have been reduced throughout matches.

It's fixed a little, but they still do it a lot.

I feel like turning my current game into a purposely bad experiment because of Van Persie's downward spiral :/

Re: *Official Football Manager Discussion Thread*

well all of my strikers (yes all of them) are out for 2 months+ and I have no money

this was a good save RIP

losing to jobber teams after not losing a match for a full calendar year

I thought I was gonna be okay when my top striker came back from injury but he was injured during practice before the very next match. x a billion

Re: *Official Football Manager Discussion Thread*

match engine has improved tenfold. the instructions actually work. if you teach the midfield to retain possession, you retain it. defence has been tightened up too. you still get the stunners/shockers but that happens in real life.

Spoiler for pic:

That's the second stadium I've had named after me, cause one Big Balls Arena just isn't enough.

I am truly the GOAT. All hail the Billy GOAT.
