Well, I'm a couple years forward in the game, and Ramsey has improved over Walcott. Still doesn't explain why Walcott costs more anyway. He himself isn't too good.

he may not have, walcott would just be hitting his prime. their pa's are basically the exact same. plus strikers/forwards are generally worth more in the game.

well i got sacked from sassuolo 7 games in because i lost my first 7 games at an average of 3 goals a game and scored 2 goals total. i loaded the midfield, trained to keep the ball and to play a slow, build up play, and whenever you saw the highlights there was basically no one in the midfield with everyone sitting in the box and a striker up forward. not how i set up at all. teams just kept brutalising me, being belted 3-0 at home by siena in the cup first up was an absolute joke, tinkered with it a bit, lose to verona 4-0. absolute mess.

it's quite clear they need to make numerous improvements to the match engine, as the usual shit from last season seems fairly prevalent, they don't follow Team or Player instructions, Opposition instructions or even play the style you want. Meanwhile the opposition have the most lethal forwards, dominant midfielders and defenders and GOAT keepers.

This game is so frustrating, my derby side can't score for toffee and concede goals like they are going out of fashion. Is the "classic" mode any better? I really can't be bothered with all the staff management anymore lol, feels really grind-ish now.

12 is an FM you can go back to anytime and still enjoy it, i could gladly load it up now.

I don't mind 14 tbh but i really need to get away from my united save and try other teams to really see what the game is like.

I've got Lazio, Belgium, West Brom and PSG going on right now, although Lazio is the only save I bother to play. Ligue 1 seems a bit flawed IMO.

Gonna give Classic 13 another go before the patches all come out for 14. Really fancy Newcastle or Southampton. The thought of Sissoko, Anita, Tiote, Cabaye & Ben Arfa with how I set up my midfield is exciting. I can sell Tiote and be happy with the other three. I need to venture out more into foreign leagues though I think. What are Dortmund & Napoli saves like on 13? Any other good ones to try?
