New laptop, new save. Started very well in pre season, got a horrible first game though in the PL..

Still playing FM12, in my fourth season as Basingstoke manager. I am 3rd place, but on equal points with 1st and 2nd, 25 games played.

Im in my 4th season, Rooney, now 30, has 34 goals in 22 games currently this season, double the amount of any other player in the league. RVP wasnt great on my game, kept getting injured, the only club who wanted to buy him was Wolves, for only £15m in 2014, then he played 20 games for them, then was sold for £8m to Chelsea.

my best prospect so far is probably this guy, got from FC Dallas for a few million

Trying to push my newgen Brett Hoban to 1000 competitive career goals.

He's at 725 at the age of 32. I think i can get him to 900

Think i'm starting to enjoy this

and

ran the show extending my lead to 11 points. Van persie 22 league goals in 20 games, rooney heading the assists table and vidic motm/best average rating.

How did you get regenerated faces like that? All I get are the generic ones they've had for a few years now.

Was a pack which added new hairstyles and facial hairs. Basically helps ensure every newgen isn't a clone of each other.

very happy with this first season. disappointed by that sunderland/wigan/reading run cost me the title, especially as they were 17/18/19 at the time. would've liked to get draws vs utd and spuds at the end there, but still a brilliant first season. you get like 12 mil to avoid relegation, i took the extra money and went for top half finish, which was like 15.75 mil. retrained michu as a striker, he and kweuke were lethal in rotation. looking to add de guzman in particular, 5 mil for him, not sure about lamah, i reckon i can do better. will sell hernandez too, a massive letdown. either constantly injured or not good enough. dyer is very inconsistent too.

wanyama is a brilliant buy, probably poty, a mini yaya if you will. diame at 3.5 mil was a good, if injury prone, mid season option to shore up the midfield.

. Vidic, as a backup, is still at a pretty good level despite being 35.

Damn, still think the regens need work, always felt they were a little bit unrealistic at times. Especially when you find some 15 year old striker with a finishing ability of 18... I'm playing as Crewe in 2019 and bought some player called facundo ferreyra, can get him for around 10 million and highly recommended!
