I primarily play a 4-2-3-1 but recently been playing a 4-3-2-1 thats give me a clean sweep with City this year but my line up is

GK - Hart
RB - Srna
CB - Kompany
CB - Otamendi
LB - Lahm
CM - Ozil
CM - Toure
CM - De Rossi
RW - Hulk / Sanchez
LW - Silva / Hazard
FW - Cavani / Aguero

dont know if anyone else has ever done this but ive been doing something where i had 23 or so players on trial had 5 friendly matches and see if any of them are any good for my team i think i signed about 5 of them or maybe a few more it was quite interesting especially a newgen that come from non league and was rated 3* potential form my team who are the best in the world

Well, I just got fucking sacked from Arsenal in December of my first season. I don't understand what i'm doing wrong, I just can't seem to win anything and i've tried with Arsenal twice, Chelsea, West Brom, Great Britain, Team Wellington, Belgium and Liverpool.

The only thing that seemed to fuck me over with the Arsenal game was that for 4 months I had no Van Persie, Rosicky, Wilshere, Arteta or Walcott.

I have no idea what to try now. I'm thinking either England, Newcastle United or Great Britain again. Is there anyway to JUST manage Great Britain from the start?

i got sacked once from a russian 2nd division team after taking over in jan in an unemployed game, the squad was so bad, and i was expected to come back and win the league in 5 months from 19th. ludicrous

i usually do ok, but then i'm usual a team i know well, might be a different case when all these first database has retired and its all regens.

Just started a network game as well but they're going to fast to get anything done and the guys not been online for days.. might start my own, any of you guys played one?

Got sacked in my very first game as Tottenham on fm08. Never been sacked since. Game really isn't that hard

Just an online, game you play as normal, but the game only advances when all players (or 50% etc) click continue..

you just arrange what league and teams you wanna be before hand, and a time per day when ur all available..
