Got a pretty heroic game going on with Truro City, kind of my local team. Got them up to the Blue Square Premier in the first season, midtabling in the second season. Somehow got some heroes in my squad. Jerzy Dudek actually came to me from free agency as a player/goalkeeping coach, was pretty happy haha. Kevin Phillips also signed for me. On reflection my team does seem to be a bit of a mess, as I have incredibly old players alongside 16 year olds in my starting lineup, and my left back is also my assistant manager, but oh well, brings a bit of character to the squad haha.
Started a new game with Coventry with the new updated. Start off with a squad of about 20 with 6 injuries, transfer budget is £30,0000 and about £20,000 left in wages.
Managed to bring in Mario Melchiot and Steve Brooker on frees then Mehdi Abeid from Newcastle and Eggert Jonsson from Wolves on loan, started season unbelievably well and top of the league after 6 games, hoping to maybe sneak into the playoffs this season but targeting an assault on the league next season

Loving the update so far, came from 2-0 down at half time against Newcastle to win and destroyed Arsenal. Rochina's a beast, 3 in 2 & Hoilett has 2 goals too. I hate FM for keeping you up late with work in the morning. I could play all this night!
so mad. So glad the update is here so Brucey can stop getting sacked and we can stop doing shite. I mean on my vitesse game Mike Phelan took over and got us relegated. Tempted to apply for the job when he gets the sack and bring us back to glory
Anyway, first game im thinking of starting after the update is in the blue square north since my flatmates are doing a blyth and vauxhall motors game so gonna try and do the best out of the three of us tempted to pick someone like droylsden but it'll be interesting since i've never went below the conference before
