just started a new game with telford have no money so i have had to buy some free players and a couple of loan deals

Thought I would share some of the regens that I'm currently enjoying.


Good target man signed from Ajax.



This one has come along brilliantly since I signed him at the start of the second season.



Good centre half, but could do with a better jumping stat due to his lack of height as well.



The jewel in the crown I reckon. Unbelievable physical stats and the rest aren't bad either. Only came through this summer, but straight to the first team squad, which I have never had before. Even better due to him being northern irish and having a stupidly similar name to mine.

I’m currently Portsmouth, 15th with 19 points so far, with them I feel that I’ve done pretty well considering the squad I have. Received at least three million quid and decided to sell John Utaka, Danny Webber, Jamie Ashdown, and Boateng and brought in Adam Johnson from Middlesbrough, Senderous from Arsenal, and Benjani on a season long loan.

My forwards have done absolutely shite though, even Benjani. Current main strikers are Benjani (loan), Tommy Smith, Kanu, Piquionne, Dindane (loan). Tried bringing in Ronaldo after about the second league came as he joined Newcastle whilst I was in a career with them and banged in the goals, he just wouldn’t budge this time. Between the strikers, they’ve only scored at least 6 goals, 4 for Piquionne, 1 for Dindane, and another for Benjani, who has underperformed so far.

Horrific start to the season but changing tactics put things right. January is approaching and definitely going to try and search for a new striker, and defender, some of them just slip up at times. The midfield is definitely the best part of my team. Tommy Smith is 'gonna to be sold, only featured once in Carling Cup, which I lost to Blackpool.

Not going to start another game until after January, so I have the updated squads. Anyone know how to get the updated squads though? Or do you have to do it yourself through the data manager?

Anyone know of any updates made today? To accompany all the January transfers, including deadline day yesterday?

I believe it takes an extra few days to compile all the data because there are a lot of deals not announced until a few hours after the deadline and it takes a lot of editing to get that done so my guess would be just be patient and expect to see it in the next week or so.
