Re: Official Video Game/Platform Purchase Help Thread
Stranglehold is one of those game that is worthy of a rental. Once you beat it, you'll never go back to playing it.
Same can be said for uncharted: drake fortune, excellent one time game that is worthy of rental. Simply put the only other 2 games that is worthy of a purchase that doesn't have live is simply oblivion and GTA series. Can't think of any other.

Re: Official Video Game/Platform Purchase Help Thread
Just came back from my local gamestation and brought a few games 4 for £20, GTA Liberty City Stories, Tekken 4, The Getaway: Black Monday and Fight Night Round 3 thought that was a bargain, Tekken 4 is pretty great and so is Fight Night Round 3, and The Getaway was better than i expected i lost my memory card so not much point in playing at the moment. I also picked up Spyro: The Legend of Eternal Night which pisses me off at the moment because there is no way of quitting the cut scenes. What game does everyone prefer out of those i listed im not sure which one to play first- i always get stuck with this.

Jade just bought a DS
The only game I have right now is Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 and I am looking to buy some more games later today. I definately want to pick up Resident Evil: Deadly Silence and the New Super Mario Bros. but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I obviously wont buy 10 different games today but I want somewhat of a list for future reference.
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Ugh, I didn't see the general thread for stuff like this. MUST REQUEST MOVE.

That is one hell of a bargain.
Expecially as it includes GTA - Liberty City Stories.
Whenever I go to my local GameStation they do the usual 4 games for £20 offer, but it's usually all the crappy games they are trying to get rid of.

Re: Official Video Game/Platform Purchase Help Thread
May I ask would anybody here actually recommend buying Trauma Center: New Blood for the Nintendo Wii?
I rented the last game they did in Second Opinion and had some fun playing that. I don't know if this one is any better though.

I have played both of them.
The second one is a bit better than the first, I would say the gameplay has mostly been improved.
