PlayStation 4 is about to get $50 cheaper in the United States, according to an announcement made on Target's online site.
The "Video Games" section on Target.com currently displays the following image, outing what appears to be a nationwide price cut for PS4, ahead of an official announcement from Sony.
It's important to note that none of the bundles are actually listed for $349 on the site. However, both The Last of Us and Destiny console bundles currently come with a $50 gift card. Oddly enough, the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection bundle pictured in the announcement is still listed at $399 and doesn't come with a gift card.
Just last month, Sony announced a PS4 price drop for those in Japan at Tokyo Game Show, leading one to believe a similar discount for other territories is likely on the horizon.
In fact, Head of Xbox Phil Spencer said he fully expects Sony to cut the price, suggesting a formal announcement could be made later this month during Sony's press conference at Paris Games Week.
