I do think this will be the time we'll finally see something about Fallout 4, but I don't necessarily think having a conference means they must be showing it.
Bethesda may very well just be really confident in the growth of their company and their upcoming games line up.
Basically, I think it's best if we go in with low expectations. If Fallout 4 is shown, fuck yeah, that's great, let's all celebrate and ruin the world before it comes out (
). If not, then at least we probably get to see other cool shit, like the Doom reboot, Dishonored 2, and whatever else Bethesda is coming out with (admittedly, that of course sounds a lot better with Fallout 4 at the end. I mean, fuck, Doom, Dishonred 2, and Fallout 4 all in one day? Holy hell, Bethesda probably gets best E3 of all time for that showing).
