Re: Hogan lowballed by WWE; Staying with TNA

To be fair, The Band if done correctly could of made TNA some money. Everybody wanted the nWo to return and TNA did it, but failed at booking it properly.

What it should of been was 6 or 7 guys. It should of been Hall, Nash, X-Pac, Desmond Wolfe, Eric Young, Matt Morgan and Pope. You use Hall, Nash and Pac sparingly in six man tags or whatever whilst your main workers are Wolfe, EY, Morgan and Pope.

But TNA fucked it up and did dumb shit which is shown in the above video.

I don't believe it, plus he'll make more money with WM30 than he'll ever make with TNA.

It's part of WWEs plan lol. Make an offer low enough for TNA to beat it, so TNA will be forced to pay him when he accepts.

Sorta like in sports when a team signs a RFA to a deal that's small enough that his team can match, but if they do match,it'll hurt them financially.

Hogan should've signed with WWE - then do a screw job to rival the Montreal screwjob. Where he'd promote the f**k out of Bound for Glory Live on RAW. If TNA has sense they'd work AJ Styles to win the belt at BFG then his contract "expires" he then appears on RAW with the TNA belt and the week Thursday later he's back on Impact with tearing up the WWE contract, the promotion for TNA that it'd generate would be worth the lawsuit from WWE.
One of ideas from another forum...

Yeah, I was a brother on the streets of Compton doing a lot of things most people look down on but it did pay off. Then we started rapping about real stuff that shook up the LAPD and the FBI. But we got our message across big time, and everyone in America started paying attention to the boys in the hood..

If it's true then awesome, I don't want him anywhere near WM 30. What a dumb move by TNA though, unless Vince just offered him next to nothing then any contract offer from WWE would be huge, so TNA is probably taking a huge financial hit to keep him around.

Re: Hogan lowballed by WWE; Staying with TNA

I actually would have rather seen him sign with WWE, as hard as it is for me to say. An appearance at WrestleMania 30 would be better than seeing his face in TNA. In TNA they are already using the kitchen sink (turning a long time face Dixie heel) and already have financial struggles it seems, why sign a guy who hasn't really boosted your product good enough that it can survive on its own? Why sign a guy who can't do anything but cut the same promos that he always does? I'm still waiting for him to raise the bar in TNA like he said that he was going to do.

Maybe this report is true.. maybe WWE have kept up with his TNA run and realized how much value he may or may not have in 2013. I surely hope this isn't true though because it is hard to believe to have a WrestleMania featured around an anniversary and not have one of their (if not THE) biggest faces ever there because he chose to resign with a business that is barely above water due to how much pay he would be getting.

Re: Hogan lowballed by WWE; Staying with TNA

Well that means Brooke Hogan has creative control to return and feud with Dixie Carter. Is this why he resigned? To come back and attack Dixie Carter?
