I was hoping that this would start a new era in TNA, in which they focus on bringing new fresh young talent from all over the world to build-up into their future stars for the next decade, but instead we get Hulk Hogan in 2013 as a prominent figure, jeez...even a TNA mark gets disappointed.

No one's a particular draw, that's TNA's problem. If you have to have food drive ticket giveaways and the like and you're losing money to the point of thinking about going back to the one location plan, it's clear that they have a problem drawing in people. And if you're looking to cut costs then Hogan is one you can point to because if he is supposed to be a guy that's drawing in people, he's not. They got a .85 with Hogan a couple of weeks so again, nothing has changed much except they're doing 4 ppvs instead of 12. Hogan leaving wouldn't break them, Hogan staying isn't going to take them to the next level.

[quote=KuritaDavion;25104233]They were getting poor attendance with Hogan.

Last week was their lowest this year and the upcoming taping is looking even worse

I believe it still will be after BFG but probably more like after the UK tour. So more like after the first 2 months of 2014 i see many changes.

Hogan isnt gonna change the attendance levels, a consistent entertaining product and a decent promotion of the TNA brand will eventually give its results and increase the brand awareness.

The show in St. Louis in september got about 1,300 paid with 2K total, and they've gotten around 2K in a couple of other places while Hogan when Hogan was there. So again, it's not like much has changed.

PPV from 12 to 4. OMFG that's Hogans' fault!.. sarcasm.
why is this Hogan's fault?
why is this anyone's fault, what's wrong with less PPV? we have seen for years TNA hasn't really made the PPV as important as the TV show on many occasions.

no one in TNA can draw, no one.
I don't think anyone is expecting Hogan to be a factor in the ring for any type of a match. he doesn't need to be used that way. Hogan is thee biggest name in wrestling history. while he is there, he can be used to help build these other guys going forward. people will always recognize Hogan, so whoever is with Hogan on TV automatically gets a boost.
