Nevermind Hogan, If that rumor is indeed true. Then we have bigger problems in TNA. There should be no reason why TNA is ever paying someone more then wwe. Thats a big problem and a huge in balance of pay.

The only way TNA should resign Hogan to the same high paid contract is if he agrees to wrestle, 'okay your nearly crippled but we want you in a carefully planned match for ratings, and besides you were telling the media last week that you had one more match left in you'.

Best news I've heard all day. TNA needs Hogan more than Hogan needs TNA, plain and simple. I'm glad Hogan is coming back, and he will be a vital asset to TNA. The only people who aren't happy are the typical IWC kids that think people mark out more for Chris Sabin than Hogan, and then get mad when Hogan out pops everyone.

And I love how the people who are calling Dixie Carter a "dumb broad" and every other nasty word probably either A - live at home still or B - have never cracked income higher than 40,000. Think its a classless flame move by me? Now you probably know what its like when you bash Dixie, Bischoff, etc. Grow up

I wonder if this has something to do with the poor attendance for impact after hogan quit and poor ticket sales for an upcoming taping

They were getting poor attendance with Hogan.

How does TNA need Hogan anymore? They get the same basic attendance with or without him, same ratings with or without him and same ppv numbers with or without him. Fantastic that he gets the biggest pop in the arena, too bad he's not a factor in drawing more people to the show.

you don't know that Hogan doesn't draw people to attendance.
it wouldn't surprise me at all if Hogan does get people out to attendance when they take Impact on the road. who else is a draw?

I think it's unfortunate that people assume Hogan has been what's wrong with TNA. (like TNA did so well in ratings this past week post Hogan, with 0.82 rating).
I think part of it is because people from the beginning instead wanted the overrated Paul Heyman.

TNA can still benefit by having Hogan.

we don't know what role Hogan has backstage. does he give ideas? maybe. but there are still people head of their departments who will want to use the ideas they came up with. you want to blame someone, blame Bruce Prichard.

TNA, WWE...seriously, its a sad day in wrestling when anyone wants to see a 60 yo man wrestle in any kind of match, much less someone who was never known for his wrestling skills to begin with.

Burning bridges is hardly the problem. For pete's sakes, he got offers from the two largest wrestling companies in the country. Being 60 and near crippled is the problem. WWE has little reason to pay him massive amounts of money, they already have an active culturally relevant wrestler [Cena] and a few part-timers to boot [Brock and Rock]. TNA lacks the same other than Hogan.
