1. so you're admitting that word of mouth still works?

2. how the heck is it the fault of the public they have as apposed to the one they don't have?

3. if you did continue to watch a show that continues to disappoint then you're just giving the makers everything they wanted to begin with thus your complaints would be invalid, unless you get paid to do it

Dixie Carter.

It's her company ultimately. If employees aren't doing or doing badly what she's paying them to do then it's up to her to replace, and that includes Hogan.

I don't recall every denying this? Yes I believe word of mouth works. There have been numerous examples of it.

I think you've misread my post if this is the conclusion you've arrived to. My point was aimed at the latter not the former.

True my complaints would be invalid if I continued to watch and made complaints about the product. However there's been a rather big social stigma towards watching TNA in the IWC. A lot of the complaints I've seen (examples being by going to Reddit and here) tend to be non-existant (e.g. complaints that Bischoff is taking time on the show) or massive exagerations which are far away from reality (e.g. the show being centred around Hulk Hogan). The real criticism tends to get lost amongst the piles and piles of bullshit.

And this is my point. If TNA goes under the reason why would easily be due to management; but to a lesser extent this social stigma that has been placed on the company is to blame too as they could produce more viewers without it and it's the immature attitude of a lot of people online which is why this stigma exists.

true, its just that corporate entity's and individuals alike tend to dismiss WOM out of arrogance so we could use more backup on this

so you think that TNA's IWC audience is easily replaceable?

Either Dixie, Spike Tv or the Writers who have obsessions with massive factions...

there would be no 1 person at fault.

word of mouth has been bad for TNA, and I don't see it changing. I'm talking about WWE fans who don't like TNA regardless of what's going on in TNA. it runs wild on twitter. basically, TNA sucks. that gets out to whoever is following that person, and so on from person to person to person, and it spreads like crazy. ohh well if personX says TNA sucks, then it must suck.
even if TNA is doing something good, you're still going to have people talking negatively about them. but why? WWE fans who are worried TNA will succeed?
unfortunately you can't do anything about these idiots.

Hulk Hogan would get the most blame, along with Eric Bischoff. the same 2 that get blamed for WCW, even if it wasn't those 2 mostly responsible. back to word of mouth, they get blamed and it spreads, ohh it must be the fault of these 2.

but if TNA was to fall today, there would be plenty of blame to go around. Hulk and Eric may deserve some blame, but there would/should be blame to Dixie, Spike, creative, booking.
