Disband MEM and Aces, keep EGO as they are fresh and possibly turn it into a fortune reunion down the line
AJ wins title at BFG feuds with Aries, Roode, Hardy, and Joe. Title mix also Magnus and Daniels
Rebuild tag division sign wolves, bucks, and briscoes if possible. Reform lax and maybe use Park/EY as well
Totally rebuild x division. Bring back tony Nese, kid kash, and Doug Williams and lots of new talent. Maybe Lethal and ion as well.
More ppvs, 12 was too many but 4 was too few. 6 or 8 would be ideal
Run markets for tv that actually care about wrestling. Boston, Philly, Chicago, Detroit, Charlotte, NYC, and Houston to name a few
Bring the Ono concept to tv maybe Saturday nights once a month and make it actually matter
Fix the BFG series, they totally flubbed it this year

That's all for now

Have MEM join Dixie, turn heel and take Bully out. Let Styles hang onto the title long enough for a contract and then screwed. Book Magnus as corporate champ for most of the year.

Bully comes back later, Anderson returns. They feud.

Book Roode vs Aries. Angle vs Aries. Roode vs Angle for no 1 contender.

Send EGO into the tags. Split up stormgunner they're awkward to watch. Storm starts feuding with Gunner. Have EY and Park start winning.

Hardy will have the XD title. Book him vs Joe, Manik and Sabin feud. Return Homocide, Jay Lethal, Desmond Wolfe.

Book some more female wrestlers but let ODB hang onto it meanwhile.

Bring back Gut check, Spin Cycle, keep up one night only but do more actual ppv's.

Pass the titles around a bit more. Mid year, have Dixie use some paperwork to strip Abyss of the title and give it to Kurt Angle.

Stop with so many ref bumps and interference, how many good matches have been predictably hurt by it?
Disband Aces & Eights, have MEM disband since they defeat A&8's.
Got to get some fresh names and start building them up. This should have been done at least a year ago. Roster is getting stale, few new matchups to book.
Sign and use more than 2 KO's at a time. I agree with 2 KO matches per show. Use this to be different from WWE divas who are used mainly to promote a reality show.
Scale back use of Sting and Hogan, they contribute little and cost a lot.
Make a plan now to get to the end of 2013 in a position for a clean start in Jan. 14. Plan a big PPV first then write TV backwards to tell a story. Too many PPV matches seem thrown together with no logical conclusions. Know the beginning and ending you want then fill in the middle.

Pay the man. We have a winner. TNA is in need of fresh faces in a major way. While I think AJ, Roode, Storm, Daniels, Kazarian, Joe are all talented they've been around so long their are no fresh matchups. It is to the point that even if TNA brought in lesser talent it might come across better just because it is fresh.

5. Make the X belt the open weight world title, enforce the heavyweight weight limits, and replace the TV belt with a light heavyweight world title.
6. Introduce a 23x23 hexagon ring with four ropes instead of three.
7. Increase the number of PPVs to six.
8. Build to Rampage Jackson becoming the number one contender and winning one of the world titles at Slammiversary.
9. Rebrand the wrestling company with three letters-- International Championship Wrestling or International Wrestling League.
10. End the factions at least until the summer and then create just one featuring Aries, Joe, and The Briscoes; and call the faction Honor.
11. Move to Monday at 7PM Eastern/6PM Central.
12. Sign more women and feature two Knockouts matches every week.
13. Have more matches with the men that last 25 minutes.
14. Begin filming a second 90 minutes show for Thursday at a new permanent location in a city like New York.

I'm not going into specifics on storylines. Rebuilding the tag division and creating the new world championships will solve much of the storyline issues (with everyone going after one belt and nobody getting over).
I agree with all this except releasing Bully Ray and changing the ring. Why do all the TNA fan boys want a Hexagon Ring? This isn't Mexico. Every American Promotion has used a squared ring.

Rebuild the Roster

Release: Hogan, Tazz, Sting, and Angle

Hire: John Morrosin, Carlito Colon, Adam Pearce, DOC, Paul Burchill, Chris Masters, Homicide, Briscoes, American Wolves, Shelton Benjamin, Jesse White, Shad Gaspard, Jushin Ligar, Jay Leathal, Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Trevor Murdoch, Fergal Devitt, Sonjay Dutt, Mahabali Veera, Alex Shelly, and Low Ki, BxB Hulk.

Take advantage relationships with Wrestle1 and AAA.

Enforce Weight Limits with Title Belts

TNA World Champion (No Limits)
TNA World Heavyweight Champion (205 plus)
TNA World Cruiserweight Champion (205 below)
TNA World Tag Titles
TNA Knockout Champion

Kill: MEM, Joseph Park, and Robbie E.

I'd Reboot Aces and Eights into a Face Tag Team consisting of only DOC and Knux. With a ton of other Chapters across the US. If TNA was in Philly Tommy Dreamer and Sandman and Balls Mahoney would come out as Aces and Eights Philly. Memphis Bill Dundee and Robert Fuller would come out.

I'd put a lot more focus into the x division, knockouts division and the tag division. Actually put story lines into the x division instead of random fights.

Joe needs to go back to being a submission monster and i'd give Daniels a solid world title run. I'd make the main focus on TNA guys and have Hardy, Anderson, Bully etc... in high profile feuds but away from the title.

My world champions in 2013 through 2014 would be: AJ (wins at BFG), Daniels, Roode, Aries, AJ and then Magnus winning at BFG 2014 or just after.

In terms of actual rivalries i'd book:

Aries vs AJ (just because of the matches)
AJ vs Magnus (AJ as a tweener who targets Magnus because of Dixie's favouritism)
Daniels & Kaz vs Roode (EGO implodes after Roode fails to win the BFG series)
Roode vs Sabin (sabin needs the revenge)
Roode vs Aries (battle of 'the best' and it should be for the title later in the year)
I could go with virtually all of that.
