You guys are really hung up on attendance. Without a doubt, the most important metric for smaller promotions.

But TV ratings and the revenue that follows, that's what you gotta look at for a promotion of TNA's size. I know they're down but they're far from out and they got the backing of their network at these levels, which are solid for the channel they're on.

Damn, I wish these were publicly traded companies. We wouldn't even be having this conversation.

No. I see ROH becoming that before TNA does. At least I feel that ROH has a better grasp at their situation. TNA is months and maybe a few years away from becoming a WWE Blu Ray release.

at those sayin' TNA is bigger than New Japan. Once TNA starts touring all those countries where they have TV deals, THEN come with that shit, okay? New Japan outdraws TNA with ease, and keep in mind that Japanese market is alomst 3x smaller that American.

Nah...I am sure TNA well out crowds in Morocco, Libya, Egypt, and Sudan with 10,000 strong respectively.

At the end of the day, Brother, TNA is raising the bar.

WCW fans who can't let go of the past are killing pro-wrestling today. There I said it.

Yes, they outdraw TNA.

I don't know about with ease because TNA does it more often.

But you guys are focusing way too much on live attendance. TV deals bring in more money and introduce the product to a wider audience.

And yes, they can monetize that audience.

By the way, attendance for TNA, far from terrible.

They have people watching the product but it's yet translated into buy for PPV's or house show attendance. They're losing money because they're on the road and they aren't filling up their shows.

And yet.... Still bigger than NJPW.

And they are monetizing their tv audience through their online store ( high margin business) and yes, even live event ticket sales which are not awful.

They should be making money with the amount of tickets they sell. They do more live shows than NJPW does, Including tv tapings of course.

The fact that they may not be profitable (i think they are) does not mean that they don't have more financial fan support and more revue.

I will give you that NJPW may be more profitable but there is no metric that supports that It is bigger than TNA. none.

Re: Do you see TNA becoming the second largest pro-wrestling company in the WORLD?

TNA already is the 2nd biggest wrestling company in the world. TNA is a massive company, not in size per se but reach and distribution. All these other companies in Japan and Mexico and such are great in their repective contries but really nothing in the big scope in all honesty.

ROH will never reach TNA's level. ROH will always be where they are cause they choose to be. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
