1) Make wins and losses count through a rankings system. Make them the reason that a wrestler moves up or down in the rankings and make them the reason wrestlers get title shots.

2) Track each win and loss on-screen and online for fans to view.

3) Show segments of wrestlers training and preparing for a match.

4) Hold press conferences for all of your major PPV title fights and show them on Impact Wrestling.

5) Hold weigh-ins for all the major PPV title fights and show them on Impact Wrestling.

6) Breakdown through a "strategy session" of sorts the X's and O's of major fights. What advantage does one wrestlers present over another, whose finishing move is more punishing, who you believe will win and why, etc. Mike Tenay hosting the segmant plus, one or two of Tazz, Jeff Jarrett, Al Snow, Danny Davis, Simon Diamond can be used as the host and match analysts respectively.

7) Bring the gritty, realistic feel that you have on the "Before the Bell" 1/2 webshows to the main TV show Impact Wrestling.

8) Start every week off with a high energy X-Division, Knockout's or Tag Team match much like WCW was doing with the cruiserweights on Nitro circa 1996-1997.

9) Bring back GutCheck but run it bi-monthly this time so as not to go on overkill.

10) Bring back Open Fight Night.

I agree with all this..... I'd also say they should add some behind the scenes segments when building up to a big match like HBO does with 24-7. If Kurt Angle is going to fight Magnus why not have Angle back home in Pittsburgh training with his brother Eric and Charlie Haas. Have Bruno or Zybsko show up and Coach him along with an old High School Coach.

With Magnus send him back to England... Lets see him in the pub and training with Doug Williams and being Coached by Mark Rocco or Danny Boy Collins

Number 8 on the OP's list is the worst...TNA nor pro wrestling needs authority figures...they need to be invisible and eliminated.

the thought of Gut Check coming back makes me sick to my stomach.
if TNA wants to bring in new fresh guys I'm fine with bringing them in to debut against other TNA talent, maybe give them a video package to show who they are so viewers can have an idea on them before their first match. you know something like what has been done in wrestling for how long now?

think of TNA and what will bring in more casual/general viewers and make them want to watch more often and become bigger fans, since IMO there are way more casual/viewers out there than hard core viewers who will watch every week no matter what.

change the X division weight limit. allow additional guys to the division who can put on a great wrestling show with high flying moves and great in ring wrestling. AJ Styles, Austin Aries, Samoa Joe, Chris Sabin, along with Manik, Kenny King, and Zema Ion. you can bring in other guys like Morrison. I would say Daniels and Kazarian, but I like them better as a tag team. then when you have legit recognizable names on TV in the X division you can use other legit guys in the heavyweight title scene like Bully, Roode, Hardy, Angle (if he returns), Storm, Anderson, Magnus (when he gets there), Abyss? plus you can have guys that go both ways, I mean in both type of divisions, not bi sexuals. plus of course there are other guys that are more mid card and not really title contenders in singles, but can still be used there. wrestling can always use jobbers.

1 - Take it back to the first year roots
2 - make the production like the stage set much smaller in smaller venues,AKA be your size and stop pretending to be bigger
3 - Bigger ring As thats the most important tool
4 - Pick a name and market it. As of now they are TNA but dont market it,How do you expect to grow if you cant promote the name ?Impactwrestling logos everywhere
5 - Put the "One Night Only" Concept on sunday tv same time as a ppv. Change the themes each year for some
6 - Stop trying to look and be like wwe, Be who you are and grow from that.
7 - Drastically change the BFG series,Something like a massive roster elimination tournament. That builds the wrestler up and stops big throw away matches.
8 - Bring a more classy classic but edgy look to your brand. All of the TNA belts and TNA logos looks are so tacky.
9 - Stop allowing spike to half control the company. Figure out who you are or leave the network
10 - Be simple and stop trying to be cleaver, Its wrestling not rocket science. "X-Division 3 way matches for example"

I agree on marketing the name. it should be TNA: Impact Wrestling which gets out to people. TNA is the company, and Impact Wrestling is the name of the TV show. much like WWE: Raw or Smackdown.

But the Thing is it's WWE RAW and WWE Smackdown

You go to TNAwrestling.com and it directs you to impactwrestling.com that's like doing to WWE.com and getting redirected to RAW.com

Brand confusion is bad for any business

You cant compare it to wwe, The situation is entirely different. You dont have wwe calling its website raw.com Or having impact wrestling logos on all of the clothing products. Or calling several things impact wrestling road to ect.
Its a problem because it is a huge suffer to promoting the company and being recognized. They now promote everything as Impact wrestling. But then say ok TNA wrestling presents BFG. So we hear the word TNA what a few times a year to promote 4 ppvs.It has to be one or the other and have the website ect be it. If every single person except dixie wants it changed, Then she better change it. Impact wrestling could be the entire wrestling brand. Keep TNA as the production name,Hence it all ready says that at the end of the shows. Its the most important thing to have a recognize of who you .

Sorry typed it fast ha

I totally agree. I'm just saying what it should be.
I think there was much confusion back when they first announced "Impact Wrestling". people were not sure if still TNA or if TNA was gone and the company was just Impact Wrestling. but then you still see TNA and you still see Impact Wrestling. so wait what is it? people are confused.

Imagine starting to watch this company after that. You would immediately assume the company is called Impact Wrestling. Then you see a ppv and its advertised as TNA, You would be like WTF ?

PS i still think they are figuring it out. Which is kinda sad. Cus in the long run its a joke if they plan on keeping it like this.

Watch this video, Double J says its a transition period. Is TNA going to transition into just Impact Wrestling "jj Thats To be determined but it is the game plan"

"transitioning" from TNA to Impact Wrestling I think would be stupid. IW? talking to people about watching IW would be more stupid than "TNA".
..I like watching WWE. yeah well I like watching IW. WTF is IW?
most wrestling companies have been a 3 letter abbreviation. WWE, WWF, TNA, ROH, WCW, ECW, NWA, AWA.

whatever confusing there was from people, for me right from the beginning I took it as the company name is TNA (Total Nonstop Action) and the TV show was being called Impact Wrestling. before than change the name of the TV show was just Impact. so when people were changing around channels on TV and saw "Impact" listed on the guide they have no clue that that is a wrestling show. so going from "Impact" to "Impact Wrestling" was a great move for the name of the show appearing on TV. but I don't think that should have any change from the company name TNA.
