It's no secret that WrestleMania is that one time of the year where wrestling fans from all over the world converge to witness the biggest spectacle in sports entertainment. Anyone who watched Raw tonight saw how rabid the fans were at the Izod Center tonight. They were just as rabid at the American Airlines arena last year. If you remember, a some of the fans who attended WrestleMania in Miami last year came to the Impact Zone in Orlando and we had a hot crowd that night. Do you think TNA missed a trick by not having the Impact taping in the New Jersey area this week? You would have had a lot of fans come in and you would have also had a really hot crowd. Instead, we're having a show at Corpus Christi and the ticket sales are going horrible.

You can't give New Jersey all the credit for that. Sure, you can have BFG in New Jersey, but it won't be the same. WrestleMania had fans coming in from not just all over the US but all over the world. So you know it's the passionate wrestling fans that made the journey for WrestleMania. WWE could have WrestleMania anywhere and they would still draw these rabid crowds because these people are coming in from all parts of the US to that place. If TNA have a show in New Jersey at any other time in the future, they're not going to get these loud fans. They should've struck while the iron was hot. A hot crowd would've translated great on television. And you know guys like Bully Ray, Bad Influence and Dirty Heels would have used the hot crowd to great effect. It would have also made perfect sense that they're building up this big show for this week which would have been in the post-WrestleMania week, in the same area as WrestleMania. It would have been great to have the Dirty Heels vs Los Stereotypicos Tag Team Title match and Bully Ray vs. Jeff Hardy World Title match at a taping in New Jersey.

Corpus Christi is going to be BAD, just a fact. TNA didn't make a horrible choice just bad timing in my opinion.

WWE fans will just buy into anything that is shoved down their throats, that is proven fact. The New Jersey crowd had less to do with the fans and more to do with the zombie culture WWE has created. The show tonight is point one in the case that WWE fans will buy ANYTHING no matter how bad.

So no the WWE's crowd in New Jersey should have no impact on TNA's plans. TNA is a WRESTLING company and WWE is a Circus. Those fans at that arena could care less about wrestling. TNA needs to find WRESTLING fans and continue carving out their niche of the market.

All of those fans that attended Wrestlemania/Raw are wrestling fans, and they're made up of people that came from all over the world and I bet most of them do watch TNA. If TNA did a taping on Wrestlemania weekend, the actually wrestling fans attending Wrestlemania have definitely gone.
