Re: How is Hernandez considered bad?

Can't do technical wrestling. Can't sell. Can't take bumps. Can't talk. Can't do high spots. Has no charisma. He offers nothing.

Re: How is Hernandez considered bad?

After seeing his performance at Lockdown, My opinion on him has changed quite abit. In the past he's been very dangerous in the ring (Nearly ended Doug Williams kneck) Theres no doubt he has an amazing look though. Total legit mexican bad ass. He coul be a major player in the Latino market. He needs a manager though.

Re: How is Hernandez considered bad?

Hernandez does have talent. But does need to work on his safety. He does look dangerous to others sometimes. Really liked him & Homicice together. Maybe someday him & Homicide will be A Tag Team again in TNA

Re: How is Hernandez considered bad?

Hernandez and Chavo aren't really bad, they're just overshadowed like crazy. Bad Influence and Aries/Roode are both on an entirely different level but TNA tries to portray Chavo and Hernandez as their equals which is clearly not the case.

Re: How is Hernandez considered bad?

I like Hernandez a lot. He's pretty much the guy who gets the hot tag then becomes a super powerhouse, which I'm fine with.
And I don't feel much hate for Hernandez when someone gets hurt in a match with him, considering most botches in wrestling are from BOTH wrestlers involved in certain spots. For example, how Doug Williams seemed to put himself in the wrong position for the Border Toss

Re: How is Hernandez considered bad?

I used to be a mark for Hernandez. I love alot of his moves. I still mark out everytime he hits Air Mexico. While I wouldn't say I'm still a mark of his, I still like him and I like him and Chavo as a tag team and hope TNA keeps them together. Yes they are boring character wise but they can both go. Infact Chavo has been putting on some of his best matches in years since he came to TNA. It's weird because when he was jobbing to Hornswoggle in WWE, the IWC was in an uproar, but in TNA he's being allowed to wrestle, look good, and flourish and now everybody hates him? I don't get it. Maybe if he was a heel. Hernandez also makes a great heel so maybe that's the solution. But TNA shouldn't turn them heel just yet, with Bad Influence and Dirty Heels in the tag division at the moment. I say keep them face for about another year and in that time let them help feud with Aces & 8s.

And for the record, I don't hate "powerhouses".
He's had, what, two major botches in his whole career that nobody can seem to let go and he's considered dangerous?

Not removing until:

It's because it involved guys that fans mark out for and like a lot. If something happens, blame the other guy involved.

Re: How is Hernandez considered bad?

he can do some cool SPOTZ for a guy his size, but that's about all he can do. he's sloppy as fuck and horrible as a singles wrestler. i've never seen him demonstrate that he can cut a promo or really has much charisma in general. he's decent for what he is i guess. he's also pretty old iirc.
