Need advice on where to start watching

Hello everyone!

I live in in Denmark, and havent had the channels that showed WWE - and now they just stopped airing it all together. However I was in Miami on vacation back in april 2012, and was at a bar that had some PPV going - and I dont know if it was the people there or if it was because it made me remember how entertained I was as kid watching the WWF, but that night freaking rocked!
I've been able to catch a few Smackdown shows, but that was also a long time ago. The Chronic was tag-team champs, John Cena was only on the rise, Big Poppa Pump was still relavent and Goldberg had recently retired - but thats about it for my memory.

If I wanted to be up to date on the storylines and stuff for the next big PPV event, where should I ideally start watching from? Would it also be both Smackdown & RAW? Or is there some other branch now?

Thanks in advance! =)

Re: Need advice on where to start watching

Start with TNA's first of 4 episodes of Impact Wrestling that were taped in the UK. Start with January 31st. Great set of shows

Re: Need advice on where to start watching

I heard WWE was pulled from free TV in many Countries in Europe. Including Germany. I wonder if that's true, that's a big help to TNA if it is. We never got it free here, I only paid for it from 98-03. It's one thing watching that shit if you're bored, it's another thing entirely to pay for it, especially if you have to alter your package entirely for it. It's just plain awful now. I always got TNA though for free. It started appearing on the old defunct wrestling channel in 03 or 04.

Re: Need advice on where to start watching

I'm sorry if i posted in the wrong forum, but I'll start off with watching the first 4 episodes of TNA - i take it its relatively new. Thanks for the help, I'll post a similar question in the WWE section if this forum is purely for TNA. Sorry for the confusion

And thanks again straightedge891 for the advice ^_^

Re: Need advice on where to start watching

You should give TNA some time, try not to judge it too quickly. Its easy to fall back into watching WWE as its familiar but TNA is just as good as, often better than WWE imo. That's not me just saying it as a TNA fan, i watch and enjoy both equally.

TNA has been running over a decade and i've only just found it in the last few years. While i've watched WWE on/off for over 20 years. You can find time and enjoy both easily enough.

Maybe re-read the OP and the other replies in this thread. Thanks.
