This is not a thread saying Bobby's terrible or even that he's bad.

It, in facts, says he's one of my favorite parts of TNA. Seems to be agreed on by a few other people.

They already flipped from liking him and hating him several times. Before Beer Money, people didn't like Roode. And everyone turned heel when people saw Roode/Aries in the near future, wanting him to lose the title cause he was a "predictable reign". And complained how Roode/Storm is shit and how it "didn't need the title", while they were shown to be completely wrong.

I really thought Storm/Roode lost a lot when it no longer had the title. Shame. I was so looking forward to it and it petered out.

Seriously, I’m not having a go at you, but you seem to have an Indy perspective. TNA is meant to be a fuckin’ big production! When you are trying to cultivate an audience, even the guy’s nose hair matters. Every single detail requires meticulous attention. As for the gravity comment, a synonym would be weight or importance. He lacks it.

It's not so such that his finishers aren't impactful, is that his finishers never finish a match. I honestly don't remember the last time when Roode used the Pay Off, or the cross-face to finish off someone.

My "indy perspective"... So you're implying Roode looks like a indy fucker without the "it factor"?
Just put punk and roode next to each other and then tell me who looks like a superstar. Seriously, the guy has the perfect build for a heavyweight superstar, if you have to go for nose hair and gravity, we are past the point of nitpicking.

The reason why we don't get fresh ideas and promotions rising in American Pro Wrestling is because the majority of the community is happy with the same old shit and will reject any chance of change. There is a risk in doing new things, 9 times out of 10, it leads to 50+ pages of bitching and moaning. While business gets turned into a dictatorship and more and more out of touch. Support the indies, support New Pro Wrestling.

Re: I feel like Bobby Roode is lacking something

Bobby has really come into his own over the last 18 months-two years. I'd like to see him get another run with the belt. He's no longer the guy who couldn't get any heat while feuding with booker t and beating up his own valet.

Re: I feel like Bobby Roode is lacking something

If Flair hadn't lost what was left of his mind and decided his pride was more important to him he would've been a perfect mouthpiece for Roode when he was champion.
