Default Samoa Joe on wwe.com

http://www.wwe.com/classics/classic-...-in-wwe/page-7

I can't believe they added him in an article.Maybe WWE want to sign Joe?
Anyway it's nice to see Samoa Joe recognized as a major indy wrestler(even though TNA isn't a indy organization but they don't mention it).

The WWE.com website has a dedicated web team who post articles almost every day. People always read these articles and speculate whether WWE is going to do what the article says (like once they had an article on why people think John Cena sucks, and people began speculating if he's going to turn heel. Another time, they had an article on who the members would be if nWo existed in WWE today, and people began speculating if they were going to create a new nWo faction). Their web team just does a fantastic job. There is nothing more to it.

This. Seems like people start speculation with nearly every article posted on their site lol... Similar rumors started after they featured a couple clips of Samoa Joe in ROH on the CM Punk Documentary... They simply aren't denying that he exists, they aren't going to sign him though...

the main ideea of the topic was that wwe recognized that the wrestler Samoa Joe exists when he wasn't a star in wwe or wcw.
WWE used to not mention this type of wrestlers.

The article also mentioned Kenta Kobashi! WWE magazine had a picture of him in an issue once and called him a Japanese wrestler... WWE is its own bubble... But yeah their website team do a great job and go above and beyond what other WWE outlets do. They always refer to Punk as the Second City Saint, but I've never regularly heard him referred as it on WWE tv, (maybe by Matt Striker once or twice or perhaps during the MITB match. Good for them for mentioning Samoa Joe. I hope Joe gets a good push in 2013, maybe a tag with Angle this year.

WWE seem to have relaxed a bit when it comes to acknowledging the competition, the other day WWE.com had articles about Jeff Hardy and OVW.

I wonder if WWE will ever mention TNA itself. They never have before, though TNA mentions them a ton of the time.

lol, they mentioned ROH but not TNA.

And what does WWE have to gain by mentioning TNA? NOTHING. So why mention them?

They mentioned ROH cause it shows no signs of expanding. TNA on the other hand is expanding so why further help them?

WWE doesn't view them as competition.

Have you noticed VInce really hasn't raided TNA for talent.

That's why WWE mentioned TNA in this article about Joe. Makes sense.
