Well said The Proof. Absolutely agree.

I have enjoyed Anderson's work for a few years now (despite getting gradually annoyed with the intro). The guy is naturally talented and charismatic but was screwed over by some pretty poor booking back in 2010.

That Lockdown match with Angle is still my favorite TNA match ever and despite losing, he came out of it looking a million dollars. He then proceeded to win the World Title, lost it to Hardy, and then it was all down hill.

He started to whine about the title, lost a heap of momentum, was in and out of Immortal and then got lost in the shuffle. I have never seen one man go from top to bottom within a year. The Aces and Eights change was a welcome move for me, as he will add some serious heel tactics for the group, and I think he looks more than fine with the beanie. I'd prefer a black t-shirt underneath though with the black vest and blue jeans but now Im just being picky.

Hope he persists in the role and keeps putting on good matches.

Anderson is boring as fuck, but I have no problem with his beanie.

As is hating on Chavo. I could substitute his name up there, really, and I don't even care for the guy. The only true problem I would have with either of them is that they seem to just be floating around and need something better to do, but what matters more, what puts the responsibility back into their laps, is that whatever they are given needs to be made gold by them.

And between talking about the set, the ropes, and wrestlers' attire (Anderson's, Vel-Vel's - remember that thread?), I have to say that people who say men don't care about fashion and interior decorating are wrong.

It amazes me that seemingly intelligent people hold this opinion. Every character is a brand, and then they fit into the overall brand of TNA like a cog in the system. Of course they are told what to wear. How amateurish it would be if they weren't. I can’t imagine anyone on television is wearing what he/she pulled out of their own wardrobe, not without some kind of authority or approval.

Anderson is a former World Champion love him or hate him. The fact that he is lost in the shuffle of Aces and 8s made up of never wases doesn't really give anyone any confidence in him being anything much in TNA ever again. Which is either 1. A waste of a good talent or 2. Waste of a title reign on a bad talent. He should at least be toted as a former world champ and put at the fore front instead of Dvon

I've hated on Anderson ever since he became Anderson, does that mean I'm ahead of the curve?

With that said, if he HAS to be on TV this is better than pretty much everything he did last year. I don't really care what he wears

You call it "amateurish", I call it artistic freedom.
KAZ/Daniels would never be allowed to wear 99% of the stuff they use nowadays on a "professional" show.
As long no one appears on tv butt naked and the merch is pushed, I don't see how is logical for TNA or any other wresting promotion to be such a control freak, to the point of giving 1 or 2 shits about some beanie (which is a product they have to sell)
