I remember hearing about the weekly pay per views, and watching the first one.. Loved it from there, it was such great wrestling even if the product itself hadn't been fleshed out yet it was just more difficulty than I was prepared to go through to see the episodes every week.. When they were in Nashville the crowd was a great feature imo, they were so alive for so much of what happened. It was a really small place though. I remember Killings(truth) really getting me into the product when he was around.. he was one of the best heels while he was there, they let him do his thing and he really did succeed. 3lk was really entertaining and sucked me in. But when I really started watching it every week and making sure I caught every episode was around the time of AMW and Team Canada. The booking, wrestling, promos, feuds, so much was better than what I was seeing in WWE. And that was before WWE become utter trash after angle left. A little more contrived (russo on the booking staff = contrived storylines, whodaguessedright?) but other than Commentating I really can't think of much that was as good or better in WWE at the time.

I've been steadily watching for about 2 years... My wife got me hooked...I use to hate it, but I'm constantly actually watching it for the show and not to guess what the writers are gonna do. I mark all the time. It recently has gotten me into watching some Indy shows.

For me TNA>WWE.... I still like both but tna matches are more fun to watch.

Sting and the knockouts and x division grabbed me first.

Since I started watching wrestling again after a long hiatus I was looking for something other than the WWE to watch. One thing I really like TNA for is that you're not constantly bombarded with social media crap and useless, self-aggrandizing rating info graphics.

The very first memory I have of TNA was when it was on Bravo here in the UK.
The strangest thing that interested me was that they had that circular tunnel entrance, and the heels came from one side, and the faces the other. I watched that whole episode that night, and watched a couple more over the next few months (I reckon it was 2006) before completely giving up on the WWE (and wrestling). I then caught it again in around 2008 and watched it more regularly, I watched it through the terrible Russo days and got my reward when in 2012 he left and Impact became great again.

When Hogan and Bischoff joined.

I hadn't watched wrestling in like 8 years, since the death of WCW, and one day decided to put on my VHS version of Halloween Havoc 1998. I then decided to wiki Hogan and saw he had joined this company called TNA and that is was on Foxtel down in Australia. Watched the January 4 episode and the rest is history.

I still refuse to watch the WWE to this day.

Sting v Kurt Angle first time ever made me a fan. It was a dream match I always wanted. That night watched all the TNA ppv and loved it.

TNA is not like that today
